The Treasure of the Garden

Seeds are the beginning and end of everything that happens in the Weleda garden, which is why we respect and value quality seed varieties.

The Weleda Garden in Germany is a key contributor to Hortus Officinarum.
This is an association for the promotion of biodynamic seeds of medicinal plants.
Running for more than 11 years, the group brings together seeds supplied by farmers from across Europe.
The collective of farmers works together to increase the quality of biodynamic farmers’ crops everywhere.
The best seeds are selected to support nature's endeavours whilst keeping her wild.
All farmers commit to providing their best quality seeds to benefit the group, and in turn receive the best quality seeds too.
